Anyone looking to buy this grill DO NOT. I repeat DO NOT. Multiple people have said and I wish I listened on her they have a huge design flaw. It first the grill works great but after only a year ( heavy use as I do a lot of big events ) the burners all burnt out and didn’t work and were NOT covered under warranty and then I couldn’t even find parts to replace it because they were out of stock. Them when they were finally in stock I order replacement burners and there are no instructions on how to replace so you have to figure it out yourself and let me to tell you it’s a real pain in the ass. I had to use a multi tool to cut a bunch of bolts off. For something that has to be replaced quit frequently it should be a lot easier to replace these. This grill is super expensive and should last you a century for the price but I’m already looking into a new grill after just a couple years. And that’s after already having to replace a bunch of stuff on it which was a lot of money to do and warranty dosnt cover anything.

Beautiful Grill for the price we used it one time and I found mini hotspots called and reported it to your team and they said they would get back to me. I spent three weeks ago and I have not heard back so I don’t know what to say……
