This Backyard Pro Butcher Series sausage stuffer flange and tube equip your BSG12 meat grinder with the ability to stuff sausage. While the flange allows for sausage stuffer plates to be used, the tube stuffs meat into sausage casings for links that are 1 1/8" in diameter. This size works best with 40mm collagen or fibrous casings to create popular foods such as summer sausage, salami, bologna, pepperoni, and other luncheon meats.

For easy use and maintenance, the flange attaches to the grinder without the use of tools, and the tube simply twist locks onto the flange. Both components are made of resilient plastic and are easy to clean and sanitize.
