Dear Customer Support, I am reaching out to critically address the performance of my food slicer. Though purchased five years ago, it went unused for the first two years due to a divorce. It has only been used a handful of times since, and my experience has been deeply frustrating. Having previously owned a sandwich shop, I have realistic expectations for home appliances. Unfortunately, this machine fails to meet even the bare minimum. It cannot slice sourdough or soft bread loaves, the blade completely stops when attempting to slice cheese (thick or thin), and cleaning the unit is an absolute ordeal. I truly wanted to love this product, but a slicer that cannot slice standard bread or cheese is unusable. Given the exceptionally low mileage on this unit and its fundamental performance issues, I am asking for your company to stand behind its brand. I would like to explore options for a modern replacement unit that resolves these design flaws, or a partial/full refund. Thank you for your time and assistance. Best regards; Donnie F.
