After about a year and a half of use the burners completely rusted and fell off. Ordered replacements only to realize they cannot be easily installed without disassembling a majority of the grill but even then requires more to take things off to put in the new burners. As stated, major design flaws and no easy servicing options. I use this for BBQ operations at a waterpark and it has not only cost us a lot but severely limited our grill food offerings. Would not recommend and would not buy again.; Aaron P.
I agree with the reviews, after 18 months the burners are rusted out and just a big flame, can i get replacement burners?? where and how or do i throw it out what a mess. Somebody help or it is in the trash.
