So, the idea of this thing is great. But, it has its issues. The positive is that it is well made and easy to put together. The negatives are that the meat seems to sticks to the blades. The dropping the meat in and using the claws is a bit of a challenge, so having helping hands can help. Took a little while to figure out. The most annoying part is that once the motor is attached, the blades will not come out to clean. You need to unscrew the motor to be able to remove the blades. Huge product flaw in my opinion. All in all, seems like a solid machine that will last, but it does have a learning curve and a design flaw in my opinion.
